Fabrication and characterization of nano structured honeycomb absorbers and thermal analyses on solar air heating collector

چکیده
Fabrication of nano structured absorber is mandatory for reaping the enhanced thermal performance solar collectors. In this connection, carbon and aluminium composite was coated on substrate, which similar to hexagon shaped honey comb, developed. It characterized through X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometer UV–Visible spectrophotometer (UV). also thermally analyzed not only in outdoor conditions but stagnant air heating collector. The research results pertaining characterization showed that crystallite size ranges particles had face-centre cubic structure. excellent absorption UV visible region. result related analysis environment revealed enhancements temperature absorbers with mass ratio 60:40, 70:30 80:20 were 23.5oC, 25.1oC 24.4oC respectively. stagnation glass cover, working fluid 69.4oC, 110.6oC 99.0oC On basis outcomes, it could be concluded would used photo applications due their desirable optical properties. appliances positive impact performances.
